Meaning of HYPERINFLATION in English

HYPERINFLATION

Extremely rapid or "run-away" inflation . The precise boundary line between "ordinary" inflation and hyperinflation is somewhat arbitrary, but contemporary economists generally reserve the term hyperinflation for situations in which the general price level is increasing at rates in excess of 50% per month.
