DATA BANK

1. A set of data related to a given subject and organized in such a way that it can be consulted by users. 2. A data repository accessible by local and remote users. ( 188 ) Note: A data bank may contain information on single or multiple subjects, may be organized in any rational manner, may contain more than one database , and may be geographically distributed. More than one data bank may be required to build a comprehensive database.
