born , Tuscany died Dec. 7, 283, Rome; feast day December 7 Latin Eutychianus pope from 275 until his death. He succeeded Pope St. Felix I. Fragments of his original Greek epitaph were discovered in the catacombs of Callistus, Rome, but nothing more is known of him.
