Meaning of SPENTA MAINYU in English

in Zoroastrianism, the Holy Spirit, created by the Wise Lord, Ahura Mazda, to oppose the Destructive Spirit, Angra Mainyu. Spenta Mainyu is an aspect of the Wise Lord himself. Through the Holy Spirit, Ahura Mazda creates life and goodness. According to Zoroastrian belief, Spenta Mainyu protects and maintains many realms and creaturesthe sky, water, earth, plants, and children yet to be born.
