MILTON KEYNES

the largest of Britain’s new towns , created in the 1960s in Buckinghamshire . Many people and businesses were persuaded to move there and it has become a prosperous town. In spite of this, British people sometimes make fun of it as a town that has been artificially created. It also contains the headquarters of the Open University .
