MINNEAPOLIS

the largest city in the US state of Minnesota . It is an industrial port near the northern end of the Mississippi River . The river separates it from St Paul , Minnesota, and they are together called the ‘twin cities’. Minneapolis was settled in 1847 and became a town in 1867. It is an agricultural centre for the northern Middle West . Other companies there make computers and provide health services.
