a grave inside Westminster Abbey , London, England, which contains the body of an unknown British soldier who died in World War I . The grave represents the many other soldiers who died, especially those whose bodies were never identified. There is a similar grave at the Arlington National Cemetery , Virginia, US, now called officially the Tomb of the Unknowns , where unknown US soldiers killed in war are buried.
