[noun] [U] [informal]My sons are always in trouble and they're nothing but aggravation to me.(informal) Aggravation (also [UK and ANZ] slang aggro) can also be used to mean trouble or difficulty.I've been getting a lot of aggravation at work recently.I was going to complain that my steak wasn't cooked properly, but I decided that it wasn't worth the aggravation.
