[Greek heroic] A Thracian king. Near the end of the Trojan War, Priam sent his youngest son Polydorus (2) to Polymestor's court. Priam sent along with his son a large amount of treasures. When Troy fell, Polymestor wanted the treasures for himself and threw the young boy into the ocean. Hecuba avenged Polydorus' death.
