STATE WATER POLICY (CHAPTER 17-40 FLORIDA ADMINISTRATIVE CODE)

The comprehensive statewide policy as adopted by DEP pursuant to 373.026 and 403.061 setting forth goals, objectives, and guidance for the development and review of programs, rules, and plans relating to water resources. All WMD programs and rules must be consistent with State Water Policy.
