Meaning of 10BASE-T in English

The 10Base-T standard (also called Twisted Pair Ethernet) uses a twisted-pair cable with maximum lengths of 100 meters. Cables in the 10Base-T system connect with RJ-45 connectors. The 10Base-T system operates at 10 Mbps (10 megabits per second).
