(1965-) a British politician and Labour MP who was made Foreign Secretary by the Prime Minister Gordon Brown in June 2007. During Tony Blair’s time as Prime Minister, he was Minister for Communities and Local Government (2005–2006) and Secretary of State for Environment, Food, and Rural Affairs (2006–2007).
