Pry ‧ or, Richard /ˈpraɪəʳ/ BrE AmE
(1940–2005) a US ↑ comedian who has appeared in films and made several records. He is African-American and often makes jokes about situations involving black and white people together. His films include Stir Crazy (1980). He stopped working in the early 1990s.
