1. Somebody who loves to get severely drunk. 2. The dormant inner demon in us all, which when awakened causes us to drink until we pass out. Example: 1. Did you see that Booze Monster at the party last night? 2. I better slow down. If I have one more beer, I'm going to wake up the Booze Monster.
