Someone's bit on the side. It's a colloquial phrase used in the Dowlais Top area of Merthyr Tydfil, South Wales, UK. I've not heard it being used elsewhere. Example: She's Jack's fanaca plant. fancicus rex Very cool, awesome. Example: Your house is fancicus rex!
