Subliminal emanations that most people give off constantly, unaware that appropriately sensitive people and animals are picking up large quantities of subtle information about said person. Example: Jimmy said hello to his date's father, trying to hide his nervousness, all the while sublemanating his intense, all-consuming fear of the large, ex-marine giant that stood before him in the doorway.
