FAR SIDE

the general name for one or more of the cartoons drawn by the US artist Gary Larson (1950– ). He is known for his unusual humour, which includes cows, dogs and other animals talking and acting like humans. Larson stopped drawing the cartoons in 1995, but the old ones still appear in newspapers and books and on cards, calendars, etc.
