LLOYD GEORGE, DAVID

born Jan. 17, 1863, Manchester died March 26, 1945, Ty-newydd, near Llanystumdwy, Caernarvonshire, Wales also called (1945) 1st Earl Lloyd-George of Dwyfor, Viscount Gwynedd of Dwyfor British prime minister (191622) who dominated the British political scene in the latter part of World War I.
