a Canadian businessman who is the head of Seagram, a large corporation. He started by working in the film and music industries and he joined Seagram, his father’s business, in 1982. He has been responsible for changing the business from being mainly a maker of alcoholic drinks, to becoming involved in the entertainment industry by buying businesses such as Universal film studios and Polygram Records.
