POWERS

[Judaic] The sixth of the one of nine orders of angels in medieval angelology. They were supposedly the first of the angels to be created by God, on the second day of creation. Their main purpose to be on guard against a possible invasion of the legions of Hell into heaven or earth. During the War in Heaven, they suffered the most casualties. Their leader is reputedly the archangle Camael.
