INDIVIDUAL NON TRANFERABLE QUOTA

A management tool used to allocate Total Allowable Catch (TAC) to individual fishermen or companies. They do not represent long-term rights because they are not tradable by their holders. The management authority retains the prerogative to withdraw and redistribute them under certain conditions.
