(1971-) a British ↑ comedy actor who is best known for appearing with Matt Lucas in the television SKETCH SHOW Little Britain . He plays characters in the show such as Emily Howard (a ↑ transvestite ), Ray McCooney (a Scottish hotel owner), and Sebastian Love (an AIDE DE CAMP to the Prime Minister). In July 2006 he swam the English Channel to raise money for the ↑ charity event Sport Relief.
