A female human usually found loitering outside nightclubs whose make-up to clothes ratio is very uneven. Or hoochie-mama. Hoochies can be identified by shirts with no backs and heads with no brains. They like to travel in packs, especially to the bathroom. Example: Look at that hoochie over there. She bumped into the wall and left a mark.
