(1873–1960)
a US expert on manners and correct social behaviour. Americans still use her best-known book, Etiquette (1922). Post also had a radio programme and wrote a regular newspaper column which was printed each day in more than 200 newspapers.
II . Wiley Post
(1899–1935)
a US pilot of early aircraft. He was the first person to fly around the world alone, in 1933. He died with his passenger, Will Rogers , when their plane crashed near Point Barrow, Alaska .
