Meaning of MARITIME ADMINISTRATION READY RESERVE FORCE in English

The Maritime Administration (MARAD) Ready Reserve Force is composed of 68 surge sealift assets owned and operated by the US Department of Transportation/MARAD and crewed by civilian mariners.
