HAR-NEDJ-ITEF

[Egyptian] An Egyptian guardian god, one of the manifestations of Horus. In this form, he guards his father Osiris in the underworld and therefore called 'Horus the savior of his father'. Har-nedj-itef (Greek: Harendotes) also protects the dead and is portrayed as a falcon on sarcophagi.
