WATER SHORTAGE PLAN

A water shortage plan should delineate practices which produce short-term reductions in water use to deal with temporary severe shortage problems; the plan should include contingencies for dealing with local shortages and provisions for the enforcement of water management district regulations during District declared water shortages.
