CONTROL KEY

A very special key on almost all keyboards (normally in the bottom left hand corner and repeated further along the bottom row next to the arrow keys). The control key is pressed along with other keys to perform system tasks or special tasks within an application program . For Instance if you are using Microsoft Word and you press the Control and home keys together, you will be taken back to the beginning of the document. The control key has Ctrl on it on the keyboard.
