OUT-TEMPLED

A condition often experienced by travellers in Asia in which one 11th century masterpiece of Buddhist architecture begins to look like the next. A similar condition among those traipsing around Europe is known by the acronym NABC or Not Another Bloody Cathedral. Example: Day 16: The others are going on to see Wat Phra Yai, but I'm out-templed. I plan to spend the day here at the beach.
