Meaning of THE TOOL in English

Hammer, esp. when used to destroy an item that has not responded to reasonable requests to repair itself; usually requiring the use of The Tool, Part II (i.e. credit card) to replace said item. (See also barbarian method) Example: We knew to put on safety goggles when Dad went to go get The Tool. Later, mother had to use The Tool, Part II, to buy us new bicycles.
