POLLUTANT LOAD REDUCTION GOAL (PLRG)

Goals included in overall watershed management goals for watersheds in the District which must be consistent with the SWIM Program and the EPA's National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Program. The primary purpose is to reduce pollutant discharges from watersheds such that the water quality in receiving waters is restored or maintained consistent with applicable state water quality standards.
