REVERSE SLOPE PIPE

A pipe that extends downward from the riser into the permanent pool that sets the water surface elevation of pool. The lower end of the pipe is located up to 1 foot below the water surface. Very useful technique for regulating ED times in a stormwater wetland, and it seldom clogs.
