( in the British parliament ) a period between 2.30 and 3.30 p.m. from Monday to Thursday in which Members of Parliament can put questions to government ministers in the House of Commons .

a BBC television series first shown in 1979 and based on the radio series Any Questions? In it a group of four public figures (usually politicians) answer questions on political subjects from an audience. The programme is available on the Internet and people at home can take part in the debate. The original chairman was Robin Day. It is now David Dimbleby .
