SLOPE-DISCHARGE (DIAGRAM)

A curve which shows the discharge at a given Gaging Station, taking into account the slope of the water surface, as well as the Gage Height. This curve may be plotted either by using the difference between elevations of water surface at two fixed gages on the stream, instead of the slope or by using the three variables of discharge, elevation of water surface at the lower gage, and elevation of the water surface at the upper gage.
