PURCHASE AGREEMENT ASSIGNMENT

An agreement in which some or all of the lessee's rights under a purchase agreement (including the right to take title to the equipment) are assigned by the lessee to the owner trustee prior to the delivery of the property by the manufacturer. A consent of the manufacturer or supplier that confirms the availability to the owner trustee of the rights of purchaser under the contract. This assignment usually is annexed to the assignment.
