To describe someone in the act of making a total jerk of herself. The sheer idiocy of such a person prevents her from recognizing the anguished, annoyed faces of her victims, thus making it impossible to stop her without hitting her. Example: Look at her, just look at her. Fat-stupiding all over the place, oblivious to the world.
