Meaning of BUS PASS in English

n ( BrE )

( in Britain ) a special ticket that allows a senior citizen to travel more cheaply or, in some cities, free on a bus. If you say that somebody has got their bus pass, it is a humorous way of saying that they have become a senior citizen.
